Better and Better

We did it! We built a train track reaching from the table top to the floor.


There were those that said it couldn't be done. (Okay that was me before Daddy came to help us out and shared some tips.)

We were delighted

and fascinated.


There were some hiccups along the way.

"I broke it! I sorry!"

There towards the end, the parents were tempted to put the children to bed early so we could play with the toys without their assistance...but that wouldn't be right!

Even with our extra helpful helpers, we finally managed a completed masterpiece of a track!


Isn't it a beauty?!

Some important life lessons were illustrated here:

* Sometimes you just need to wait a minute
* Give others a chance to do it on their own, but be there if they need you
* Cheer others on and celebrate their victories
* Trains are fun
